Who is Jonas?

Jonas Loose spent his childhood years inspired by the many journeys he did with his globetrotting father. He learned to love nature and documented it with his first Camera. The journeys played an integral part in forming Jonas’s sense of style, art and design, which can be realized in his works today.

After he finished school he started to work at a pet shop for 3 years, while he continued working on his artistic skill for the next years privately.

After 3 years of selling Hamsters and Goldfish Jonas decided to change his live and to follow his dream to become a photographer.

He moved to Hamburg and for the next 5 years he worked for a lot of different photographers as a trainee and an assistent. Working for commercial and food photographers helped him a lot to improve his skill and to become more professional.

Jonas decided to reveal his artworks on Instagram. Each day garnered more attention from a global audience, ultimately leading Jonas to be featured by Plastik Magazine, fubiz and MyModernMet. To date, Jonas is a full time freelance artist and has worked with several brands, online shops and artists such as Rossmann GmbH, Noah Cyrus, Gruner + Jahr, Juniqe, society6, etc. His works are available for almost everyone around the world.

Jonas lives in Hamburg Germany.
